Need a break with a view? This scenic riverwalk near the Steel District connects you to the Downtown River Greenway and recreation trail and is the perfect spot to pause, refuel, and enjoy the view.

Have a picnic under the open-air shelter, enjoy the bench swings along the river, or relax in a chair and chat with friends and family. And don’t forget to snap some riverside selfies at our photo station. Oh, and we’ve got a dog relief station for your four-legged friend so they can recharge while you do.

Open-Air Shelter (30x80)

Our lighted open-air shelter offers the perfect space for a picnic or small gathering. Two ADA wheelchair-accessible tables ensure everyone can gather comfortably. It’s a great space to connect with friends or take a lunch break. The colored tile roof of the shelter captures the sunlight and displays beautiful arrays of color throughout the day. Grab some food nearby, sit under the shelter, and enjoy the breeze and river views.

Pet Relief Area

If your pup needs a pitstop, we’ve got a dog run designed with synthetic grass, irrigation, and a pet waste station. If Fido’s got the zoomies and needs more room to run, you can hop on the River Greenway loop a short distance away.
